Community Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. It incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises, mantras, mudras and meditation to awaken the Kundalini energy housed at the base of the spine. This powerful, ancient tool promotes physical well- being, expanded consciousness and a doorway into our natural creativity.
Please join us every Friday for a Community Class led by rotating Kundalini Yoga instructors. It is a great way to experience different teachers, support our local community and jump start the weekend. We hope you can join us. All levels are welcome!
