Postnatal yoga classes help women regain strength and muscle tone that may have been lost during pregnancy. In these classes we will focus on releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, opening the chest and rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle. Of course moms are welcome to bring their babies and take as many breaks as needed to keep your baby happy.
**Please note we are a 2 flight walk up, and someone is always available to help you carry your stroller.
Pre-registration is available for postnatal classes, as are walk-ins.
Class will be 75 minutes.
Single class is $15; six pack for $72.
