Community Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. It incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises, mantras, mudras and meditation to awaken the Kundalini energy housed at the base of the spine.
This powerful, ancient tool promotes physical well-being, expanded consciousness and a doorway into our natural creativity. By combining repetition and sound, Kundalini Yoga is accessible to anyone. It provides a foundation and a practice for increased endurance. Students will discover their gift, creativity, and capacity.
